East River Capital offers investment advisory services, including investment management with respect to index funds and stocks, tax planning, and estate & trust planning. Further, East River Capital seeks to act as an investment platform, with a primary focus on venture capital funds and start-ups.

In stock market investments, East River Capital largely follows the value investing principles as represented by Warren Buffett. Value investing has proved to provide solid returns over a long period of time. The value investing approach generally prefers a buy and hold on stocks of undervalued companies, rather than daily trading.

Further, East River Capital would facilitate investment into venture capital funds and technology start-ups. Technology advance has created enormously huge wealth to entrepreneurs and investors. Venture capital investment would be a powerful diversification tool to certain investors.

Mr. Howard Jiang is the President of East River Capital.  He is in charge of overall operation. He will remain focused on investment management, including index funds, stock market, and venture capital.

Mr. Jiang previously worked with a number of leading professional firms. He was specialized in venture capital and tax planning.  He worked on hundreds of venture capital deals and advised on behalf of both venture capital funds and start-ups.

Mr. Jiang received JD from Villanova University School of Law and LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.
